FERRARO TAX & ACCOUNTING CPA LLC is a full service accounting practice created to serve the needs of individuals and small businesses in all facets of their tax, accounting and payroll needs.  We specialize in full outsourced business accounting, tax compliance services, and business structure consulting for small businesses; as well as tax compliance for individuals.  We will also provide ancillary services to our clients based upon their needs, including but not limited to, payroll services, and other business services.  The Firm primarily serves the Georgia market, but will serve out-of-state clients as well. 

AJ has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2005. A.J. worked for a “Big Four” public accounting firm in Atlanta, GA, for 7 years serving large and medium sized public and private businesses in auditing and tax. He later worked in industry in corporate accounting and finance for 9 years working in a variety of roles where he focused on corporate financial forecasting, budgeting, tax compliance, legal consultation, benefits administration, and M&A.

AJ started Ferraro Tax & Accounting in 2012 to bring his business experience to small businesses and individuals by specializing in small business tax compliance, retirement planning and consultations, and small business finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. AJ also managed company payroll and benefits administration for several years and brings his knowledge of payroll and benefits experience to his clients.

AJ graduated from the University of Florida in 2002 with Highest Honors with a Bachelor’s degree Business Administration. He majored in Finance and a minored in Economics. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2004 with a Master of Science of Accountancy.

AJ has been married to his wife Kimberly since 2006 and together they have one son, Jack, and a golden doodle, Max.

Kim has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2005. Kim worked for a “Big Four” public accounting firm for 7 years serving large and medium sized for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in the hospital sector in the Metro Atlanta area in audit. She later worked in industry working in a variety of roles where she focused on financial accounting, tax compliance, and bookkeeping and reporting. Kim has worked with QuickBooks accounting software for over five years and brings an advance knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping to the firm.

Kim graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting.
